Slow TS

I'm having a slowness problem on our Terminal Server, currently we have 4
servers, all with identical SP and hotfixes applied. On 2 of the 4 servers,
it takes a long period of time from when you launch the TS Client (XP or 2000
ver) until you are prompted to login. Further to this the server is
performing slow for users, even though when i check with task manager the CPU
and Memory usage is minimal. Any thoughts and suggestions appreciated

We run 4 TS as well, with users trying their hardest(so it would seem) to to
download spyware/adware/viruses, we find its best to format our servers once
a year to clean up anything we may have missed, this does seem to speed up
performance, and its a good way to test out your disaster recovery plan.

Have you checked that hardware acceleration(graphic card) is set to Full on
the server?
Had the same problem, everything just got slow but memory and cpu was low.
