Slow to retrieve messages

Windows mail is very slow to retrieve messages and sometimes I am unable to
get mail because it times out. I do not have a memory or space problem.

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.
