message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try
again.

Have a look in your Outbox Folder, move out or delete any messages that
will, move them to your Drafts Folder.

Then if you have any messages that will not move or delete see the
following:

A fix as been released by MS to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

It works for all folders.
