Slow system

I have XP home and it is running a bit sluggish. Sometimes
my processor will max out, but all I have open is mail and
web. I have tried disk cleanup, etc and it is till slow.
When I check my used space it shows 12GB, but I can't
figure out what is taking up so much space. If you can
help let me know. Thanks, Rooster

Your system restore restore points can take a lot of space as can your
Internet cache folder and your temp folder (in Local Settings). Find the
System Restore settings on the System control panel.
