slow start up

Hey All

I installed a 120 GB HD and now my PC takes forever to start up. I also
notice I can't start up directly to my desktop. I have to choose my name on
the welcome screen and I am the only user on this PC.
I tried the Tweak from power toys but still the same. If I restart it works
but if the PC is off and I boot up I have to choose my name again.

Any Ideas?
