slow solitaire

When I win a solataire game in Windows XP, Home Edition. The cards restack very slow. This was not a problem in Windows 98SE.

I've noticed this change through the years as we've moved onto different
machines/OS', I've never found any solution... Despite my mum nagging.
Just an issue in the program itself I think.
