Slow response in right click

I have an strange problem,
When I right click my files such as a .jpg file, .mp3 file, it take a long
long time such as 20 seconds to show the menu. But If I right click on a
folder, it show up the menu immediately.
Anyone can help? Is there a corrput in the registry?
