Slow network cards?

I've invested in an ADSL modem + router combo (Belkin) and I'm connecting it to 3 wired PCs, each with a 10/100 NIC.

I've tried transferring some files, but I get REALLY slow rates (10 mins for 600MB). I've checked the options and all cards are running on 100 Full Duplex, and the router is capable.

Anyone with more experience know what could be wrong? :(

Yup to both. Its the onboard network card, Intel 10/100's so it should be good. The router is a "Belkin ADSL Modem with built in Wireless router".

I'll bet things get better if you plonk in a 3com.
