3) How does the computer perform otherwise ? Programs run
OK ?
4) How long has this been going on ? Always ? Just
started ?
5) Do you know any of the details on the computer ? CPU ?
RAM ? Hard Drive size ?
6) Have you made any recent changes to this computer ?
7) Have you done the Windows Critical Updates ?
8) Do you have current anti-virus and anti-spyware
software running on the computer ?
