Slow Boot

I have built an XPe image which I have deployed to a PII 350 and a PIII 450,
the images are very similar and both devices have 128MB. The P450 boots in
under 30 seconds however the P350 takes over 5 minutes to boot, there is a
similar difference between the boot times for Win PE on the same devices,
anyone any idea?

Are they using different drive controllers? Look at the differences between
the images, not their similarities.
