SLOW BOOT: Maximizer startup vb6stkit.dll not found

Hello:
I recently upgraded my machine from XP Home to XP
Professional on that process and when updating other
drivers, something happened that is making this PC really
slow to boot up.

I get the following message:

Maximizer startup
File not found: vb6stkit.dll

1. Any ideas how to approach this situation?
2. I cannott find such file even on other XP computers...
3. where should it be installed?
