I copied all the files in the Win2K CDROM to a folder then by using slipstream I integrated SP4 into the original W2K installation. My question is, how can burn the all the files into a bootable CD like the original W2K CD ? I know that W2K use no emulation but I don't know where is the image file use for the bootable disc. Please help

Sorry if my question does not fit into this newsgroup but I post it here because I think it's relevant to W2K.

I've just done this, using SP4, prior to a reinstallation repair on my sys.
All went fine but I was perlexed to find IE version5 installed as apposed to
v6

Hi

That is because Win2k service packs only updates the IE version that was
originally delivered when Win2k was released (IE 5.01). So a Win2k CD with SP4
slipstreamed will install IE 5.01 SP4.

IE5 is what comes with Win2K; SP4 does not change this.
