Slipstreaming sp2 to oem winxp cd

I slipstreamed sp2 to winxp home oem cd. The new cd boots, loads drivers, but
next stops with:

Insert “Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM†to drive “A†or press F3 to Quit.

Of course, there is no cdrom in the drive “Aâ€. Why it asks for drive “Aâ€?
How to avoid this and make winxp installable from a regular cd-drive it
started from????

I’ll appreciate any suggestion.

This site has very good instructions.

If you have a "full" XP OEM install CD (not the Recovery CDs), then look at
getting "AutoStreamer" to help you in your "slipstreamings".

I’ve found the answer. I followed recommendation that it’s safety to remove
as obsolete all files from cd root, as files from sp2 will replace them. But
indeed, this tiny file "WIN51ic" with only one word was the reason.
