Slipstream SP4 - StopError 0x0000007b Inacessible Boot Device

Hi,
I have a fully automated unattended Server Build using IBM
Xseries HW. Untill now with a slipstreamed SP3 I have had
no issues. Having now slipstreamed SP4 I keep receiving
Inaccessible_Boot_Device STOP screens (0x0000007b). This
is not restricted to one type of controller, it also
occurs on build which explicity load the OEM drivers.

Has anyone else had this problem, any ideas as to how I
can get around this.
