Slipstream SP3

I have XP Pro with an original install disk (upgrade) before SP1, can I
create an install disk with this that includes SP3.

States the SP1 must be installed.
I have read other discussions here that its not so much that it will
slipstream or not without SP1 but that there is a missing item for
windows to repair or use the licensing properly without SP1 first.

I may be wrong, but just warning you.

Get hold of SP1 first and use the current nlite 1.4.5 to slipstream
it. Then you ought to be able to slipstream SP3 after that.

"must at least be running Windows XP with Service Pack 1 installed"

No you can't read the OP's question! The OP wants to "create an install
disk with this that includes SP3". He doesn't want to **Install** SP3.
This being the case, he can slipstream XP Gold with SP3. No problems at
all. However, if he wants to update his system which has no other
patches, then he needs SP1 or SP2 before SP3 will install. To
slipstream SP3, YOU DON'T NEED TO USE SP1 OR SP2 BEFORE SP3. You can
direct from SP0 to SP3. I have done it and it works very efficiently.

Daniel, the only person who is wrong here is only you.

You can create a slipstream version of SP3 direct from SP0. Done it and
passed it with flying colors!
