Slide title not displaying in presenter view

Guest

I am using powerpoint 2003 and some of the slide titles do not display in the
presenter view and some do! I can find no difference in the slides and they
all show the title in the outline view. The ones that do not show the title
display Slide 5 or whatever number they are. Any ideas?

Right click on the slide in Sorter mode and click on
the "Hide Slide" option.

This may be the problem.

Hi,

I have checked and all the slides have the hidden selector unchecked and the
same, also would they just be hidden in presenter view and not play if this
was the case? They all show, just that the title shows Slide x instead of the
title text that is there!

HI,

I entered them all the same way in outline view. Does this make a difference?

Thanks

All the titles are the same punctuation wise, cannot find any commas to
delete! Any other ideas?

Aha! That's the little detail I'll bet.

Is there a comma in the title that doesn't show?

That should work. There must be some little additional detail we're not aware
of.

Did you consistently enter the title text in the Title Placeholder?

Are there any punctuation marks in the titles?
