Click Slide Show > Set Up Show.
Put a checkmark to "Show Presenter View" under Multiple monitors.
Your notebook needs to support dual monitors though.

It might be that the second monitor has not been enabled on your laptop.
Right-click on the desktop and select "Properties" menu item, select
"Settings" tab, check if the second monitor is disabled. If yes, select the
second monitor (marked as "2"), and place a check against the "Extend my
Windows desktop onto this monitor" box, click OK button.

Restart PowerPoint and see if PowerShow Session Setting now shows 2
monitors.
