Slaved Hard Drive

Win XP Pro SP2 -- I have a slaved hard drive. It shows up in the bios and
device manager. However, Explorer does not see it. How do I get explorer to
recognise it?
I have very important data to retreive.

Wow. You could share more information with us about your problem like what
format the disk is, whether or not you've attempted to examine it via disk
manager, etc.
