voice feedback.........how to overcome

what Audio settings needs changing at the recipients end to overcome hearing
myself in my headset. I can hear my voice at his end.

I am sure it is a setting on the (new) recipients comp that needs adjusting.
(I can talk with others no problem)

We have been through the mic volume which is set low on both my comp and
theirs.

How is the recipient listening to you? If they're using speakers, it's
inevitable that you'll get feedback like that.

no, he's got a proper SKYPE headset/mic combo
