SKU1CA.CAB installation file?

After months of Outlook working just fine, now I keep
getting an "Installation Error: File no Found" message
asking me to install the file SKU1CA.CAB that cannot be
found. I have reinstalled Outlooked and searched for
this file on the software CD and my hard-drive . . . but
SKU1CA.CAB can't be located.

Any advice?

did you have office or outlook installed from one source then install it
from another - i.e., outlook only, then upgraded to the entire suite?
