Outlook Support Team,

I have been trying to get this fixed for quite some time
now and have tried all of your steps to get this fixed.
Outlook worked fine for months and all of a sudden it
will not let me past a screen of missing file
SKU1CA.CAB . I have tried detect and repair, it did not
work. Removed outlook all together and reinstalled, it
did not work. Everything in my 2003 Office Small edition
works great except for this. It has been a week now and
still after a half dozen posts I have had no resolve at
all. This is very frustrating because I depend on my
outlook for business. One rep stated they could send me
the file but did not. I would like to try that next. If
that does not work then I would like a new cd sent to me.
If new software could be sent to me I will provide my
shipping address via email.

Thank you for your time and patience,
(As mine is wearing thin)

If you have anti-virus software running try disabling it, then do the
Detect & Repair again and see if that solves the problem. Obviously once
the detect & repair completes you should re-enable your anti-virus software.
