site to site DOD vpn using static route.

I created a dial on demand connection and static route.
From the windows 2000 rras server it works great. I can
drop to command line and ping and it dials on demand just
like I want it to. However when I sit down at 1 of my
windows xp workstations it doesn't work. My workstations
have their default gateway set to the rras server. I
even drove to the other location this is setup similar
and I am having the same exact issue there.
