Hello All: Client has his site, www.mtviewice.com on GoDaddy. His site went
down on MOnday, get a page not found error, owner and I have both talked to
them. After many discussions, they tell me that the domain name is pointed
to the wrong IP address even though the site has worked for many months, up
to now. They say they are working on it but what would they be doing? How
this happened I don't know. Has anybody had this happen to them before and
is there anything I can do from this end?

Rod

If the domain name was also registered with GoDaddy, then there is really not anything you can do.

If the domain is registered with someone else, all you need is the correct IP address from GoDaddy
for the site, and then you can change your DNS Server to point to the correct IP Address, however
DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate around the internet.
