when i start i get an error message that basicly says a
program failed to start because sis_lib.dll cant be
found. the computer funtions normally after that. Its
just an annyance i would like to get rid of. Any idea
what the program is, why its being looked for, or why its
lost?

The file belongs to the AGP drivers for the computer. Reinstall AGP as
described in the manual for your computer.
