What does this message mean when I start my computer?

When I start my computer it says it can't find the following applications
SiS_Lib.dll
MFC70.DLL (this one comes up twice)
it also says if I reinstall them, this problem will be fixed. How can I
reinstall them (what are they?).

The sis_lib.dll is part of your graphics driver. Determine the model of your graphics adapter, probably built-in to your motherboard, and download the appropriate drivers from the following site.

http://download.sis.com/

The mfc70.dll is for the Microsoft Foundation Classes used by C++ applications. Search your system for this file, but be sure to include hidden and system files in your search. Do you have any of the following applications installed?

It's a video adapter driver. Either reinstall your video drivers or you
can get that individual file at
http://www.dynamiclink.nl/htmfiles/rframes/dll-s08.htm
It would go in your windows\system32 directory
