SIP transaction timed out error for Application Sharing

Iam getting the Error 0x80ee00c SIP transaction time out error when i try to share an application. I have got it to work with one other person who has a wireless connection from my home office to theres (but not the otherway - from them starting to share). However, with 3 other users i get the error from both sides. Assume all users are using MSN messenger 6.2

Any suggessions.
