Error 0x80EE000C Windows Messenger App Sharing

I am trying to share MS Word 2K3 on a WinXP Pro (SP1)
with a WinXP Home (SP?). We get a Sharing Session Error
that says:

"The Network or the computer that you are
trying to contact is not responding. <cr>

"The network or the computer that you are trying to
contact is eXPeriencing a problem. Try again later. <cr>

"Error 0x80ee000c <cr>
"SIP Transaction timed out <cr>

<OK Button>"

This is needed so that we can do online collaboration
across the US, Canada and Italy.
