Simultaneous presentation multiples

When I make a presentation on an external projector I
would like to view my notes for each slide on my notebook
screen, not the slide show which is showing to my
audience. But I need the notes pages to step forwards in
line with the slide show pages. Any ideas about how I can
do this?
