sims 2

when I go into the sims 2 game, sometimes it plays ok, but other times ,my
screen goes black & I get a message "Mode Not Supported" I went into "refesh
frequency" & cannot go down to another refesh rate. Can any tell me what
could be wrong?

Hi

Which graphics card have you got? What resolution is your graphics card set
to at the moment? Try the resolution at 1024x768 (32-bit) - Refresh Rate 85
Hz.
 
Go to the website of the video card/computer manufacturer and get the
latest Windows XP drivers.
