Simple question I hope

When I get on the Internet I do not have at the top of the screen File, Edit,
Tools etc. Can someone help me get these back?

Assuming you're using Internet Explorer as your browser and you're in
Full Screen mode, press the F11 key to revert to normal.

If you are talking about using Internet Explorer, and you have recently
updated to version 7 (the one with tabbed browsing) - this menu bar is not
shown by default. If you want it, right-click on the grey bar area to the
right of the tabs, and select the "menu bar" item so that it becomes
checked.
