Simple Login & Password

Need assistance on how to setup a single user login and
the same password for example I give out a login of "User"
and a password of "Temp" and everyone that i give that to
will use it.

What is the purpose of this? A login and password are mere strings without a
context.

procedure to view the following pages but the user must
get with us first to receive the login and password.

The simplest solution for this is to use a subweb with unique permissions.
