Silly Question

I have Windows XP Home Edition. I have the administrator account. However,
my children don't. Now, I want to share some files I've downloaded with them,
without having to go in under their names and doing so. Is there any way I
can just share them?

Put them in My Computer -> Shared Documents
 
shared folder ?
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents
