Greetings,

To fix this, simply remove your saved Passport in Windows XP. To do so, click the Start
Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select
your account name, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click
'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport)
entry and click 'Remove'.

Hi,

Assuming what I wrote was completed successfully, you also may need to remove your cookies.
To do so, open up Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then click
'Delete Cookies'.

Also, if you're trying to do this in MSN Explorer/MSN 8, you'll need to use Internet Explorer
instead.
