signing in as an administrator

Try safe mode,(shut off your computer,REPEATEDLY pump
the F5 key while it starts up,then when the safe mode
screen pops up select safe mode)go to user accounts,and
create an extra account make it adm. then go into it and
change your account back to adm. then reboot.Go into your
account and delete the extra account you created.

a "limited account" and now I can't figure out how to go
back and sign in as a administrator (since all the
accounts are limited)
