signing in and out automaticly without me doing anything

my messenger is signning me out without me doing any thing. how can i stop
this?

If you're using Windows Messenger, use MSN Messenger instead as its protocol causes this to
happen far less:

why is this hapining?. i am using messenger for the past 3 monthes and this
problam accured just a few days ago
