Signatures

I created a fancy signature on my computer and would like everyone else in
the office to use it. We are experiencing several problems. One of the
computers is utilizing Microsoft 2002 with XP and it won't bring in the logo.
The other problem we are having is that when we are creating an email, the
logo and text move together.

I created the signature per directions online. How can we get this
signature shared throughout the office with these glitches?

There are HTML rendering limitations among different email clients
that you need to take into consideration when creating your email
signature.
Especially Outlook 2007 is a challenge, as Word is now used to render
HTML.

You might consider a 3rd party emailsignature management software,
where you can deploy to your users from a central management console,
e.g.
