Signatures

Hi

Any advice on how to use different signatures on outgoing messages
(outlook 2003) where two profiles are operating.

I have copied one profile to another user but it seems if we change the
signatures under mail format options it changes both users?

What am I doing wrong??

Thanks

Matt

I found that two or more users sharing a PC had to set Outlook to no
signature, and choose their own manually.

Perhaps there's a setting somewhere as to where Outlook keeps that info
so that you can set it to the user's profile. I never found it, but I
never looked. :)

Good luck.

You're not doing anything wrong. Signatures are not profile-specific but
apply to all users of a particular machine. Tigger's approach is a
reasonable one.

Outlook 2003 signatures are per account. While all the signatures are stored in one place, each profile can have a different signature for each of its different accounts.
