Image in Signature disapperars

Hello,
we use a script that creates a signature per user and deploys it during
log-on process. Every signature therefore is identical, apart from
different names etc.
For the mass of users the signature-files working fine, while for a few
users the picture is not displayed. When I look in the sourcecode of an
e-mail I have

src="file:///C:\Dokumente%20und%20Einstellungen\theuseraccount\Anwendungsdaten\Microsoft\Signatures\logo.jpg">
for the user which don't work and
<img width="155" height="43" id="_x0000_i10025"
src="cid:[email protected]">
for the correct displayed image. So I see that the file is not correctly
attached to the e-mail. I have no idea why this attechment-process is
different, as I do not know the place where to switch this behaviour.
Both users use Outlook 2007. So far we deleted the Outlook profile and the
complete user profile of the affected user with no result.

Are you using relative paths to link to the picture?
Also verify if the user is configured to embed linked pictures or to
maintain the link.
