signatures question

Hello all,

If you have 1 user who is (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) and he can
reply from both addresses from the same outlook account (as both go to the
same email inbox) how do you setup different signatures so one signature
displays "bob" the other "sales" depending on who your sending the mail
from.

Thanks in advance for any help

First off, you need Outlook 2003 to connect signatures with accounts. Do
this on the Tools>Options>Mail Format dialogue.

If you don't have OL 2003, just create multiple signatures and manually
select the one you want when you send mail.
