"Select signatures for account:" Causes Outlook 2003 to Crash

When I go into Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures > Select
signatures for account:

and select a different account from the drop-down, Outlook crashes.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone been able to fix it?

Something is corrupt. I'd start with Help, Detect and Repair, unless it only
crashes after you select the new sig - then delete the sig files and make a
new one.

I would too. In fact, I did start there. :) I guess I will have to
just blow this puppy away and completely reinstall. It's about time
for my 5-year system catharsis. . .

I'd clean out the 2 outlook folders of everything but the pst and if that
doesn't help, a new profile before I'd blow everything away.

The two folders are listed at
