Signatures in Outlook

When creating my signature in Outlook, I added in my company logo as a jpeg.
Although my signature is fine, everytime I send people emails however, the
logo is sent as an attachment as well!
How can I stop this?
Thanks

That is not up to you or Outlook but the mail client that the receiver of
the message uses (and sometimes also the mail server their ISP uses).

Hi,

We are having the same problem. We are trying to standardize a company wide
signature including a picture, and the emails end up being sent with
attachments. The problem is that I receive emails from some people (in my
company) and they look fine, there is no attachment, and I receive emails
from other people in my company and they show the attachment. We all use
Outlook 2003, and since they are all internal emails, we are talking about
the same ISP.

So, how can this be controled? Is there any way?

There must be a difference in the way the signature was created or the mail
format being used. Plain Text will always show it as an attachment since it
can't hold any formatting.

It cannot be the Plain Text format. Everybody used HTML format and I can see
the picture in everybody's signature, just that for some cases it comes up as
an attachment also.

Hey,

Did you ever get an answer to this question as it's driving me nuts. I too
want to stop this happening. You would be doing a very fine thing indeed if
you solved this for me. Cheers

Hi,

Unfortunately, I don't think I can help much. We are using the picture in
the company signtature now for a while, but for some people it looks great,
for others it appears as an attachement and others right click and select
Download pictures if they want to see it.

Sorry to dissapoint you...
