Signatures do not appear automatically

I have a signatures set up to appear on all new messages on an account that
is not the default. When composing an email and I switch to this other
account the signature does not appear.

I have just a complete reinstall of all the programs on my hard drive.
Signatures used to appear automatically on all accounts prior to this. I'm
obviously missing something.

Kind regards

Tony

The ability to have Outlook switch signatures when you switch accounts depends on using Word as your email editor.

Thanks for your reply. The signature still doesn't appear when I write a new
email on this particular account but it does appear on replies and forwards.

I've checked Tools, Options, Mail Format and the signature is present for
both new emails and replies/forwards.

My editor is Word 2003.

Any suggestions.

Kind regards

Tony
