signature template

How do I use a file which contains signature information along with the
company logo (jpeg). I do not want to insert the picture separetly. If I cut
and paste from a word document into the signature text box, the logo does not
appear. If I use the "Create from file" every looks fine but once again the
logo does not appear
 
instead of the sig box, click on Advanced Edit, that will start Word, and
then you can copy and paste and the logo will show up
 
This option doesn't seem to exist in 2007, but was very useful in 2003. Any
idea if it's hiding somewhere? Thanks.
