problems with pictures in outlook email signatures

can anyone tell me why a picture I have inserted into my email signature (a
company logo jPEG) will not display?
 
Because your mail format is plain text.
Because you did not use Advanced Edit.

Problems in outlook usually require more than a one sentence description.
