Signature spreading out when replying and or forwarding

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if this question has been asked. I have some users who when
they reply or forward an email, their signature spreads out. For example the
signature will look something like this:

First name Last name
Job Title
Company name name name name
Address address address

Both users have Rich text and they have Word as their email editor. We are
using Outlook 2002 with SP3.

This problem does not seem to affect everyone.

I checked both users and their signatures are left justified. When user A
replies to user B, at user A's pc, it's user's B who's signature is a spread
out.

When i right click on user B's signature from user's A pc, and select
paragraph, the alignment is "Justified", if I select left, the signature is
fine.

Is there a way to always make the alignment left and on which pc do I apply
the fix.

thanks...

I would look at a message before B sends it to see what formatting is applied at that point and watch how B actually creates the message.
