signature settings...

Setup... Running MS outlook 2000 on a Windows 2k machine.

Problem... Signature file has disappeared from my outgoing
mail. I have tried to re-enter a new file. I am able to
input the text. However, the icons to change the font and
paragraph settings are ghosted out. I am unable to click
on these icons. Any help would be appreciated.

You are sending messages in text only format. Change it
to RTF or HTML and you can edit the signature file.
