Signature-Security problem...

Trying to add a gif... (or an EPS or a JPEG for that matter) to my
signature... looks fine in word when I try to use it in Outlook iget the
following error message... "Your current securoty settings prohibit running
ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display
correctly." Where do I change those settings? is it wise?
