Outlook Signature

I setup email signature onto MS Outlook (MS Office 2000). However, the
company logo couldn't be displayed. It said it cannot display an ActiveX
Control, either the security settings restricted or the control's publisher
has been prohibited. How can I resolve this problem ?

below and modify the HTML.
