Activex error on signature in outlook2003

Upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. I use a signature for email that
has our company logo in it. After the upgrade I get "Your current security
settings prohibit running activex controls on this page. As a result the
page may not display correctly" If I take out the logo page is fine. Why
can't I use my logo anymore?
