Hello,

I can't recall how to setup the signature in Outlook so that it appears as a
period on an email and you can right click on it to show and select your
signature.

Does anyone recall how to do that?

Thanks,

Bob

Use WordMail as your editor in Outlook 2002 or 2003 and set up the default
signature in Tools | Options | Mail Format as just a period character.

Thanks Sue, got it.

Bob
